Integrated Management System Policy

Vermont Solutions, a company dedicated to IT consulting, development and recruiting, focuses its efforts on understanding and meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and society.

To this end, it is based on fundamental pillars where staff involvement is total so that the services offered are delivered with the highest quality, together with a firm commitment to adopt an environmentally responsible approach, and to promote continuous improvement in working conditions, in order to raise the levels of safety, health and well-being of workers.

I. PURPOSE

Our purpose in implementing and keeping updated an Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on the guidelines of the international standards UNE EN ISO 9001, UNE EN ISO 14001, and UNE EN ISO 45001 currently in force, aligned with the needs of the organization, is developed through the following guidelines:

  • Compliance with legal requirements and other applicable requirements, as well as requirements subscribed to by the organization, in addition to the commitments made to customers and to society.
  • Unconditional support from Management for the evolution and improvement of the Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System.
  • Maintain the company’s commitment to continuous improvement in actions related to Quality, prevention of environmental pollution, and prevention of occupational risks, setting objectives that add value to our processes.
  • Guarantee participation and information for all company staff and make effective the right of consultation for workers.
  • Commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce risks for the prevention of occupational risks.
  • Increase environmental awareness among our customers and society through advisory services and training in environmental matters for pollution prevention.
  • Sustainable use of resources for environmental protection.
  • Integrate our suppliers into the active commitment to improving working conditions.

Vermont Solutions Management establishes the necessary measures to ensure that this Policy is communicated to all areas of the company, is understood, is reviewed and is kept up to date.
