WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE VERMONT SOLUTIONS WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL?
The Vermont Solutions S.L. Whistleblowing Channel is a confidential platform that allows employees, internal staff, shareholders, and people working under the supervision and direction of contractors/subcontractors to report potential crimes or breaches related to the company. Informants may provide details about the facts, including when and where they occurred, and may provide evidence if they have it. The channel guarantees confidentiality and anonymity, and communication is carried out exclusively through the application. The code assigned when filing a report is essential for access and collaboration during the investigation. Failure to respond to requests for information may result in the case being closed.
